My approach draws on trauma-informed care, EMDR, DBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and systemic family therapy. I write here about the ideas that shape how I work.

What clients say

In their own words

Parent of a young client

“You never rushed to get home or on to your next client. You stayed until the session had gone as far as it needed to — it showed how much you genuinely care.”

Parent of a young client

“Your calm, unintrusive approach put my teenage daughter at ease and built real trust. We went from dread to her actually looking forward to sessions.”
